Application Terms

These application terms (“Terms”) govern the process by which individuals may apply to be selected for the Ulta Beauty Collective (the “Ulta Beauty Collective”). By submitting an application, you (the “Applicant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and the decisions of Ulta Beauty USA, Inc (“Ulta”) and its designees in all respects relating to the application process and the Ulta Beauty Collective.

Participation

Applicants must be legal residents of the United States of America and be 18 years of age or older at the time of the submission. Application by current Ulta employee(s) must have passed any probation period and be in good standing with Ulta at the time of submission. Ulta employees who are client or brand facing or who could impact influencer selection, briefing or content review are not eligible to apply for the Ulta Beauty Collective.

How to Apply

Applications can be submitted from 12pm Eastern Time on July 7th, 2025 and shall close at 11:59pm Eastern Time on July 18th, 2025 by following the directions provided to complete and submit the application (“Application”) at https://ubcollective.com/. Applications are limited to one Application per person. Ulta and its designees have full discretion as to the number of Applicants they select and reserves the right to not select any Ulta Beauty Collective members through this Application process.

Application Screening and Selection

Potential Ulta Beauty Collective members, if any, will be contacted using the contact information provided as part of the Application. By submitting this application, each Applicant agrees that Ulta and/or its designees including but not limited to, VaynerStudios, LLC d/b/a Gallery Media Group and its subsidiaries ("GMG") may contact an Applicant for any reason, including for marketing and promotional purposes. Only Applicants that have been screened and selected will be contacted. Successful Applicants will be required to execute an Influencer Agreement provided by Ulta and/or its designees prior to becoming Ulta Beauty Collective members. Ulta Beauty Collective members who are selected, retained and who execute an Influencer Agreement with Ulta or its designee to become members of the Ulta Beauty Collective shall not be considered employees of Ulta and/or its designees.

Employment Status

Ulta Beauty Collective members who are selected, retained and who execute an Influencer Agreement with Ulta or its designee to become members of the Ulta Beauty Collective shall not be considered employees of Ulta and/or its designees.

Privacy

All information provided in connection with the Application and/or the Ulta Beauty Collective shall be subject to both Ulta’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ulta.com/company/privacy, and GMG's Privacy policy available at https://vaynerx.com/privacy-policy. Applicants may submit a request to GMG related to GMG's use or sharing of an Applicant's information at https://www.gallerymediagroup.com/dns.

Intellectual Property

By submitting an Application, you agree that any content created or provided to Ulta and/or its designees via the Application or in connection with the Ulta Beauty Collective including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Podcast content may be used by Ulta and/or its designees in any manner and in the sole discretion of Ulta and/or its designees (the “Application Content”).

By submitting an Application, Applicants agree and hereby grant to Ulta and its designees, successors, licensees and assigns a perpetual, irrevocable, assignable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, edit, alter, display, exhibit, combine with other materials, exploit, and otherwise use the Application Content in any manner and in any and all media for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation for any commercial purpose and without compensation and Applicants agrees to waive any and all moral rights in the Application Content.

All intellectual property rights in the Ulta Beauty Collective together with any Ulta materials provided to you in connection with the Ulta Beauty Collective are owned by Ulta (the “Ulta Beauty Collective Materials”). Ulta grants Applicants a limited license to use the Ulta Beauty Collective Materials solely in connection with promoting the Applicant’s participation in the Ulta Beauty Collective. The Ulta Beauty Collective Materials should not be used for any other purpose.

Representations and Warranties

Applicants represent and warrant that their any content on the internet or on any social media accounts owned or controlled by Applicant used in conjunction with the Application and/or Ulta Beauty Collective shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and where required shall disclose the connection to the Application and/or Ulta Beauty Collective.

Indemnification

THE ULTA BEAUTY COLLECTIVE IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, TERRITORIAL AND LOCAL LAWS. BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, APPLICANTS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, ULTA AND ITS DESIGNEES, THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSSES, AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE APPLICATION PROCESS, THE APPLICATION CONTENT, THE APPLICANT'S PARTICIPATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE ULTA BEAUTY COLLECTIVE, ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS BY APPLICANT AND ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSSES, DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE BY ULTA AND ITS DESIGNEES OF APPLICANTS’ NAMES, BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION, CITIES AND STATES, PROVINCES OR TERRITORIES OF RESIDENCE, PHOTOGRAPHS IMAGES, OR LIKENESSES PROVIDED BY APPLICANT, FOR USE IN ADVERTISING, PUBLICITY, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR FOR ANY COMMERCIAL PURPOSES IN ANY AND ON ALL MEDIA.

Membership

Ulta and/or its designees reserve the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate the Ulta Beauty Collective or any individual's participation in the Application process and/or Ulta Beauty Collective at any time and for any reason.
